Oh my goodness y’all, do I have a wonderful blogger that you need to meet! Sarah is one of the most sincere, kind-hearted bloggers you will find! She loves her family and what seems like their many adventures! I know we are all always looking for great new lifestyle blogs to follow so definitely add her to your Bloglovin Feed! Rather than just sending you over to her blog though, we decided to do a little Q+A Sesh. So while I did the Q-ing and she did the A-ing… (BTW - #2 is hilarious so you definitely need to keep reading!)
1 // How long have you been blogging and why do you do it?
I just started blogging about three months ago. I love to write and almost always have something crazy going on. I was driving home one day and started thinking … I should document the craziness that is my life! And so here we are!
2 // You chat about your family a lot on your blog! Any funny stories to share about the kids? My kids are HYSTERICAL. I’m not just saying that because I’m their mom - they genuinely crack me up on a daily basis, so I always have a good story or two!
I was going to tell you about my youngest daughter’s imaginary friend she had when she was little… but something so extraordinary just happened. As I was trying to recall the story of “Hooky” the imaginary friend I was having a hard time remembering the details. I walked into her room to get clarification on the entire story. This is how it went down:
Me: Do you remember Hooky? You’re imaginary friend?
B: What? No? I had an imaginary friend?
Me: Yes! Hooky! We had to always set a place at dinner for him, make sure we didn’t exclude him from conversations and listened to him when he told stories.
B: MOM
Me: I can’t believe you don’t remember him. He had purple spiky hair. He had a girlfriend named “Paula.” They were both afraid of dogs.
B: MOOM!
Me: Are you sure you don’t rem…
B: MOM! I am talking to E (a boy she may or may not be in luuurve with) on speaker phone and he just heard everything you just said!!!

E: You used to have an imaginary friend??

3 // I know you love to read - I need a good book recommendation!
Sister. I love to read so much. SO MUCH. I read about a book a week. One of my favorite books I’ve read lately is One Kick by Chelsea Cain. I really really liked it. The fictional story is about a woman named Kick, who was abducted at 6 years old and subsequently escapes 6 years later. Apparently its going to be a continuing series which makes me really excited! Reconstructing Amelia by Kimberly McCreight was another favorite of mine. I update all of my books on Goodreads. If anyone is interested in adding me there, I am always up for new recommendations!
4 // Chloe and Olivia want to know if you have any furbabies?
Oooh you can tell Chloe and Olivia I have a very handsome Golden Retriever named Hudson. I see a long distance puppy date in our near future!

Playing fetch in the park
And shredding all of his toys
5 // What is your most popular post to date? I did a series counting down the 12 days to Christmas. My Day 10 post was the most popular - you can check it out here!
6 // If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?
I constantly overbook and over-extend myself. My superpower would be to be in two (or more) places at once! Maybe that way I could do it all with plenty of time to spare!
7 // What inspires you?
Running inspires me. I come up with my best ideas while I’m running. It clears my head but also gives me some quiet time to really think about everything going on in my life and allows me to sort of recharge.
I also feel my absolute best after a good run!
8 // Anything else you want to share with my readers?
I have an obsession with my cat Gus. I love food and almost always have food envy at every meal.
