She's convinced me to become a bourbon drinker...

In my personal opinion, the best part of blogging is the community! Now that I have opened 2 cats and chloe up to sponsors, I’ve had a great time getting to know new bloggers! There is one in particular that I know y’all will love! Meet Lindsay! Not only is she gorgeous, but she is extremely creative and loves herself some bourbon! To help you get to know her a bit better I asked her some very important questions… I mean, isn’t toilet paper something you ask people about on an initial meet-and-greet?

1 // How did you being blogging? Where did you super cute blog name come from? I began writing after finding blogs on Pinterest: I was working as a writer, and thought I’d like to write for fun, too! My original blog name was “The Princess and the Pea” but I wanted something less generic and more me, so I combined my three favorite things! Incidentally, they’re also my favorite subjects to include on my blog.

2 // What do you do for a living, outside of Blogland? I work as a Technical Writer and spend most of my time writing user manuals and how-to guides.

3 // I would love to be a bourbon drinker… What is your favorite? What would you recommend to a newbie like me? Maker’s Mark is my favorite, but I also love Woodford Reserve. Luckily both distilleries are super close to our home! I drink it neat, but Ginger Ale is a great mixer!

4 // Since we are “2 cats and chloe” - Chloe wants to know if you have any fur-babies? No, I’m allergic.

We’ve thought of finding a hypoallergenic dog, but we’re currently not home enough to show it the attention and love it deserves.

5 // It’s November! Do you have any festive fall decorations to share? I skipped pumpkin carving this fall and painted my pumpkins instead. I wrote a tutorial, found here!

6 // Toilet Paper Roll… Over or Under? Definitely over!

7 // What is your most popular blog post to date? Share it with my readers! #LoveYourSelfie: Embracing Your “Imperfections” Not only is it my most popular post to date, it was also my favorite to write.

8 // Anything else you want to share with the 2 cats readers? I began my blog by primarily focusing on beauty, but didn’t want to limit my subject matter. I’ve expanded to include recipes, holidays, and other fun events! And as the title suggests, there are many posts about bourbon (and wine). I live in Kentucky with Jason, my boyfriend of nearly 7 years.

Always over. I cannot handle it when it’s under. haha I’m trying to get into bourbons and scotchs. we have some at our house.. but we’re just so used to drinking craft beer. 😛

  ALWAYS over! Agreed! Seems like that is the overwhelming response! I need to try more bourbons and scotches - but I’m more of a wine drinker. I wish I could do craft beers again but now I was forced gluten free. I miss beer!

I am an over toilet paper user, too! And, this may be a shocker… but, I’ve never had Bourbon! :O I do like some mixed drinks, but I love me some wine!! Beer is good, too!

Haha! I love these questions and I love Lindsay and her blog, I’m a frequent reader. I am an “over” as well, and it drives me nuts when I see a roll “under”. I switch them if I see them under. I love me another bourbon drinker. Woodford is my go-to. It’s affordable and smooth, and I’ve been there and met them and they are very down to earth.

  Over is the way to do it! While I’ve convinced my hubby over is correct, I don’t have the nerve to switch them outside my home if they are under! I really need to try some bourbons!!
